This app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.

Your figures never leave your device

Every calculation runs entirely in your browser, on your own device. The numbers you enter — property prices, salaries, deposits, interest rates, overpayments — are never sent to us or to anyone else. The app makes no network requests of its own, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

What is stored locally

So that your work is still there when you come back, the app saves the following using your browser's own local storage:

This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere, is not readable by us, and is permanently deleted when you clear your browsing data or uninstall the app. You can also delete saved scenarios individually from within the app at any time.

Share links

If you use the “Copy Share Link” feature, the figures from your scenario are encoded into the link itself. The link is placed on your clipboard for you to share as you choose — it is not sent to us or stored on any server. Anyone you give that link to will be able to see the figures encoded in it, so treat it with the same care as the numbers themselves.

Cookies and third parties

The app sets no cookies and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. The site is served by a hosting provider which, like all web hosts, may keep standard server access logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and operational purposes. We do not have access to these logs in any form that identifies you, and we do not analyse them.

Children

The app is a general-purpose financial calculator intended for adults. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
